Drama Outing 2008

Right...here's the plan/time/venue/budget stuff etc.

Date: 5th December
Time: 10am for those meeting up to buy food stuff @ AMK Hub,
11am to meet with the whole club at AMK MRT station (haha, don't be late all right?)

*The food will only be for a small 'picnic' due to budget, so you may choose to have an early lunch before going. And it's preferred that all meet up first before going together =)

Venue: Palawan Beach @ Sentosa

SCHEDULE
after reaching: Picnic cum Free time
Around 2pm to 5pm: Amazing Race
5 to 6 pm: Free time - choice of beach activities/games or bicycle/roller blade renting
6pm onwards: Dinner at Koufu Food Court @ Palawan Beach

*Times are just an estimation. Regrets that the dinner is at a food court haha. We'd wanted some buffet or some nice restaurant but budget was a restraint...unless anyone has other good recommendations?

Budget
Entrance fee to Sentosa: $3
Rental of bicycles (if you want to): For a 1hr rental, it should be somewhere round 5 to 8 bucks..also depending on the type of bike of course
Dinner: Since it's a food court...$10? Bring more if you want to...then you can treat haha!

Things to bring
1) towel/change of clothes
2) water, lots of water
3) snacks if you have, maybe bring some food for the picnic?
4) EZ link card...I think they need that for the rental of bikes
5) money
