Hey guys, I have more details regarding the Flag Day event. For those who haven't read Sept 9th's post, please do so after reading this. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ EVERY SINGLE DETAIL.
Things to take note of:
1)Staring time for the event is 9am. ALL members however, must reach 15 minutes earlier. We will meet with the whole club outside Bishan Community Library before proceeding to the reporting venue.
2) Please bring along your student pass/NRIC for identification purposes.
3)During the flag selling, please ensure that you:
a)do not go in groups of more than 3 to sell flags.
b)are well spread out in the flag-selling zone.
c)are strategically positioned at areas with high human traffic
Note: MRT stations do not allow flag sellers to be stationed at the escalators. Please do not crowd/obstruct the movement of pedestrians and traffic, especially at street junctions, bus stops and entrances to business premises.)
Do not sell flags at the following sites: -
(a) Railway Station
(b) Hospitals (c) Inside MRT stations
(d) Hotels (e) Places of Worship
(f) Inside Shopping Malls/Centres
4) Sponsored prizes such as AKG headphones and Nike merchandise (worth up to $300) will be given to the family and top 5 individuals with the highest collections. I hope that serves as a motivation haha.
